Infotainment, Nadunissi Naaygal released to mixed reviews on 18 February 2011. The title "Nadunisi Naaygal" is taken from the title of one of the poems of Sundara Ramasamy. The film was dubbed into Telugu as Erra Gulabeelu and released on 19 February 2011.Renganaath Ravee is the sound designer of Nadunissi Naaygal.

Produced by Prakash Raj himself, Payanam was released on 11 February 2011.

The film's principal shoot commenced in April 2010 and was completed by November 2010. Following several hurdles, Kaavalan released on 15 January 2011 with relatively positive reviews.
